Lucinda joins Best Hooper in 2025 as a Lawyer in the Land Development and Compulsory Acquisition Team.
Lucinda was admitted to practice in November 2024 and holds Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from La Trobe University. Lucinda brings a broad range of commercial legal expertise to the firm, with experience across commercial, residential and retail property matters, alongside commercial litigation and insolvency.
Lucinda assists the team in representing clients across a range of land property matters, with a focus on:
- Adverse possession claims and boundary disputes
- Advice regarding property ownership, including road and easement rights
- Subdivision and owners corporation matters
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Compulsory land acquisition and compensation claims
- Probate and deceased estate administration
