Head Conveyancer
Jasmine Zhou is the Head Conveyancer at Best Hooper, having joined the firm in July 2024.
She holds Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Finance, and a Diploma in Conveyancing with her finance and accounting background being a great advantage when finalising property transactions.
Jasmine has extensive experience across all aspects of conveyancing, having previously acted for foreign investors and property developers, and now advising a broad range of clients across the spectrum – from mum and dad purchasers through to sophisticated institutional and private property developers.
She is bilingual in English and Mandarin and brings a practical and detail-oriented approach to every matter she handles.
Jasmine’s principal areas of practice include:
- Bulk settlements and management of off-the-plan projects;
- Settlement of residential and commercial property transactions;
- Stamp duty concessions and applications; and
- Lodgement of subdivisions;
