- Small and large-scale land subdivisions, consolidations and property developments;
- Sales and purchases of commercial and rural real estate;
- Drafting of bespoke contracts of sale and deeds of agreement ;
- Review, advices and negotiations of contracts of sale;
- Retail shop, Commercial and Industrial leases and licences;
- Liquor licensing;
- Sales and purchases of businesses; and
- Estate Administration, Probates, Part IV Claims and Mediations (Estate Litigation)
