Edward holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and Juris Doctor (Master of Laws) from Monash University.
Edward began his career working with a major international bank for four years before moving to regional Victoria where he undertook his legal traineeship. Upon admission, Edward acted as an advocate in commercial and property law.
With this regional foundation, Edward established a Young Professionals Network and assisted in raising funds for a number of local charities. He was subsequently nominated for the Victorian Young Achiever Awards.
In 2016, Edward completed a secondment in the UK Parliament in the House of Commons as a parliamentary researcher for then Whip of Brexit, and now Secretary to Treasurer, Steven Barclay MP. In this role Edward worked on a number of significant government land developments.
Upon his return to Australia, Edward joined Best Hooper in the Planning and Environment team.
